My CanAm 4 seat XR3 was pulling to the right but with few hours on it and everything looking aligned I decided to take it to the dealer. Although I purchased my Can Am in Yuma then moved to Havasu, I was treated like I bought it at Havasu Motorsports. It was a challenge to determine the fault but turned out to be the steering box. All covered under warranty during their busy times as Thanksgiving is a couple of weeks away. Travis and Derek at the service desk always took my call and kept me in the loop on the progress.

I had a spare tire rack put on by someone else where 2 rivets failed on the support arm. They repaired it free... From now on they get all of my business. I highly recommend this business and most importantly, their people.

Somehow a rating of one went out in a review of Havasu power sports. This shop is just awesome. Their knowledge of jet skis is top shelf. Should they not have an answer they will get you the answer. They are willing to spend as much time as you need to answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable. Today is 17 August 2018. I will be picking up a boat that had a broken steering cable. I am using the shop for all my jet ski needs. I have 24 years of jet ski experience and I will not be looking to replace Havasu power sports! Travis is an A+ employee in my book. I don't what he is paid but he is worth every penny and then more.

Anderson boat store is amazing, I'm from California and a first time boat owner, I was having trouble with multiple issues and brought my equipment to this boat store and they fixed it and wouldn't even accept payment..you guys rock

Very nice staff, so willing to please. So i purchased a Max X DS. Even though the aftermarket accessories are less expensive. I will purchase the majority of my accessories from Havasu Power Sports. It is always good to support the local businesses.

Extremely satisfied-After having an unfortunate incident (off road accident)with my brand new Can Am I needed a large amount of repair.Havasu Powersports handled literally everything and I am very thankful!Starting with my first phone call their Service Manager (Brian P) was completely hands on and diligent.1. He ensured a very accurate damage assessment.2. He handled all the insurance interactions.3. He oversaw all the work which was excellent and most importantly on time.4. He always took my phone calls and kept me in the loop (always very patient as well).5. Essentially he and his team handled everything to my strictest of expectations.I also had a positive interaction with Ken- (the stores General Manager). I raised one question on a cost and he saw my point and made the concession. Made a delivery this morning. Great staff, in and out quickly.

The entire team from top to bottom is excellent!! We brought our Yamaha AR 240 boat in on a Saturday after 5 pm and they stayed late to help us and check in the boat. They were able to identify the problem quickly and provided us with a reasonable cost to replace the impeller bearings. In addition, they took our boat to the body shop for some fiberglass repair AND they took it to Discount Tire in Havasu to replace the tires on the trailer. Talk about a full service shop!! Jason the Service Manager kept me informed all the way through the Project and was very quick to respond to all of my inquiries. He also allowed us to store the boat in their yard for 2 weeks after it was done so that we didn't have to make a special trip out from Orange County to pick it up. Needless to say, they have earned a customer for life and I highly recommend them to any boat owner. Thanks again Jason!!

My father-in-law and I both bought the 2018 Can-Am Maverick X3 Max RS

with a few upgrades, we dealt with Jenell and she was very helpful. If we ever need to purchase something in the future we will be back, great service and very knowledgeable. I also worked with Jeff in the parts department I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. Jeff was awesome to work and very helpful as well.

My family and rented a side by side in Las Vegas over Spring Break and we loved it. While we were at our vacation home in Lake Havasu City we decided to stop into Anderson. We met up with Frank in sales who was completely honest and up front about the entire process and availability. They didn't have anything but kept us on the list. We kept looking in our area and online at Anderson. One day I saw they had what we wanted. Matt in sales became involved and was able to secure it with a deposit. They got it all prepped and ready for us to pick up on our next trip. It was by far the easiest and most seamless purchase we have had in a very long time. Cody, the finance manager and the parts department crew who helped with our helmets were A+. Cody worked a great financing deal and helped us the entire time, even when he was super busy. We are going back soon to have some other accessories installed. Sometimes businesses say they care and the customer comes first, but then you get there and it's not like that. This place lives what they say. We didn't feel like we were being ripped off or lied to. They answer phone calls and text messages, they take time to explain things, and once we drove off, they seemed to genuinely care that we were satisfied. KUDOS to this entire team. 100% recommended!

I was in a really bad situation with my Yamaha ar240, engine light and both engines in limp mode. I had no appointment and his schedule was very limited.

He fit me in and took care of the boat in a timely manner. I was still able to get my family and the boat back on the water.

These type of situations are really never expected, but Jason really stepped up and made it happen.
